Cruise Direct, the cruising arm of Barrhead Travel was introduced in 1999 to meet the ever growing demand of customers wanting to take a cruise as a holiday option.
Recognising the opportunities in the cruise market, we began to set up a unique team of cruise specialists and quickly gained a reputation as a leading name in the UK cruise industry.
We are fully financially protected via ABTA and ATOL ABTA Number: 13759 & W4746
Now over 13 years later we are one the UK’s largest cruise specialists with our group Barrhead Travel which was established in 1975, now employing over 600 people within the UK.
We are proud winners of the Sunday Times Top 100 companies to work for in 2010, 2011 and more recently in 2012.
Our team of Cruise Specialists, 120 in total, are here to help you book your ideal cruise. We are open from 08:30 to 21:00 Monday - Friday, 09:00 to 18:00 on Saturdays and 10:00 to 18:00 on Sundays, as we understand the pressures of everyday life and appreciate that you want to book your cruise when you want to.
