Cruisedirect.co.uk is a trading name of Barrhead Travel Service Limited.

The use of www.cruisedirect.co.uk is subject to the following terms and conditions.

www.cruisedirect.co.uk is owned by Barrhead Travel Services Ltd (referred to as ‘We’ below). In entering our site you as a user (‘you’) are accepting our terms and conditions.

Using www.cruisedirect.co.uk

www.cruisedirect.co.uk is maintained for your personal use and viewing. The access and use of www.cruisedirect.co.uk featuring these terms and conditions constitutes your acceptance of these terms and conditions. They take effect from the date on which you first use this website.

All prices and benefits on the website may change at the time of enquiry and booking. Pricing is only an indicative value and we are reliant on the suppliers of each cruise proving us with correct pricing.

CruiseDirect.co.uk do not guarantee any pricing nor any 'extra benefits' that are listed (such as onboard spending money, free upgrades, free car parking etc) on the webiste, please contact us for exact pricing.

You agree to use this site only for lawful purposes, and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of this site by any third party.

Information collected by us is used to improve the content of www.cruisedirect.co.uk, to customise the content and/or layout of www.cruisedirect.co.uk and to contact users. Acting as a travel agent, CruiseDirect.co.uk (Barrhead Travel Services Ltd.) will pass your details onto any third party tour operator / travel company as deemed necessary to complete your travel booking.

* £50 per booking towards gratuities, UK port car parking, coach transfers or $70 per booking spending money applies per booking for a Royal Caribbean International and Celebrity Cruise of 6 nights duration or more, with a minimum spend of £599pp. Further terms and conditions apply, available on request.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Barrhead Travel Services Ltd against any loss, liability, claim, demand, damage, or expenses (including legal fees) that may occur in conection with the use of this site.

All pricing and 'extra benefits' within the website is indivative and may change at the time of enquiry and booking.

Once contact has been made via online enquiry (email), telephone or by writing to us we can confirm the final costings for each part of your travel arangements. We do our best to ensure our pricing is accurate, although please confirm with us in person all our pricing. Please note most pricing within CruiseDirect.co.uk is 'Cruise Only' and does not include the price of flights or other travel arrangements.

CruiseDirect.co.uk/Barrhead Travel reserve the right to refund or refuse any booking made by informing the parties up until the day of travel for no given reason, we will aim to make every attempt to contact customers to notify them of these changes, although sometimes this is not possible. CruiseDirect.co.uk/Barrhead Travel will not be responsible for any costs incurred by customers who have purchased any other travel arrangements/items that coincides with their cancelled travel arragements.

In no event will we be liable for any loss or damage including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, or any loss or damages whatsoever arising from use or loss of use of, data or profits arising out of or in connection with the use of www.cruisedirect.co.uk.

Offers have limited availability on a 1st come 1st served basis & are per person unless stated. Official ratings may differ from tour operator / accommodation supplier ratings. Late booking fees may apply. Credit/debit card transactions are subject to a charge unless stated. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Scotland. Any dispute arising under these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Scotland. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scotland courts in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of this website. Use of this web site is unauthorised in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including without limitation this paragraph.

If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect.

If you do not advise us at the start of your initial enquiry with us that your company or organisation has a special discount with Barrhead Travel/CruiseDirect.co.uk, you will waive your right to any of the aforementioned discounts or special offers. Unfortunately, we cannot apply these retrospectively.

Credit card transactions are subject to a charge unless otherwise stated.

Scheduled and charter flights are excluded from discounts.

10% discount applies to Barrhead Travel/CruiseDirect.co.uk own brand holidays and selected cruises. 5% discount applies to ABTA bonded tour operators’ holidays and selected cruises. There is no minimum spend required to receive these discounts.
CruiseDirect.co.uk and tour operator website offers are pre-discounted and no further discount will apply.

Only one discount is allowed per booking, and no pooling of discounts can be made.
All holidays and travel advertised are subject to change and availability and prices can change without notice. CruiseDirect.co.uk uses information and descriptions obtained from third party websites. We cannot guarantee these descriptions or be held responsible for errors and omissions.
