Seven Seas Splendor Entertainment

Seven Seas Splendor Entertainment

Regent Seven Seas Splendor is on schedule to make her debut in February 2020. The 750-guest all-suite, all-balcony ship is a work of art from bow to stern; and offers the most luxurious accommodations at sea. The company has just released details of the entertainment venues on board. The quintessential Observation Lounge is perfected aboard Seven Seas Splendor. Offering expansive views from Deck 11, the serene and tranquil theme is carried out through lush upholsteries inspired by the fluid forms of flower petals, making it the preferred gathering place at any time. Guests who experience the space during the day will note it feels like an enchanting English garden.  At night, the whimsical chandelier, hand-painted glass screens and cocktail pianist elevate the room’s elegance.

In the Splendor Lounge guests can relax in plush chairs and mix and mingle with fellow luxury travellers as a prelude to dinner at Compass Rose. Later in the evening the room features a contemporary duo performing guests’ favourite songs.

The sleek Meridian Lounge on Deck 5 is a showstopper, with an expansive cocktail bar. Bathed in warm lighting and revelling in its sophisticated ambiance, this is a perfect location to meet for a drink before a show at the Constellation Theatre or to continue an evening filled with entertainment featuring performances by resident musicians. For those who fancy an encounter with Lady Luck, the Casino is inspired by the most iconic gaming halls from Las Vegas to Monte Carlo. There is a variety of games to choose from including blackjack, roulette and craps.

New production shows in the two-deck high Constellation Theatre range from a duelling battle between rock and country musical genres, to a story of adventure and romance, to a thriller filled with intrigue. They include: ‘Bohemian Soul’ which highlights an eclectic array of music and world dance styles that invite audiences on the adventurous trek. Other headline shows are ‘Diamond Run’ - a spy thriller featuring songs by Madonna, Tina Turner, Duran Duran and Shirley Bassey; ‘Crossroads’ features the best rock and country hits; ‘Boogie Wonderland’ is a disco extravaganza; and ‘Divos and Divas’ celebrates the best male and female vocalists of the last seven decades.
