Carnival Cruise Line announce new Vista-Class Ship: Carnival Panorama

With the launch of Carnival Vista this year and the much-anticipated launch of Carnival Horizon next year, you would think Carnival Cruise Lines would be slowing down.

Not at all.

Just last week the boundary-pushing cruise line announced their plans for yet another new ship: the Carnival Panorama. Due to set sail in 2019, this will be the third ship in the Vista Class (alongside Vista and Horizon).

Carnival is yet to reveal the full details of facilities and amenities, but we’ve been given a few sneak peaks. It was announced that the mid-air Skyride will be making an appearance, providing guests with a stellar lookout above top-deck. While the much-loved WaterWorks Aqua Park and the SportSquare recreation area will also be present.   

Also on board will be a special Havana section equipped with a Cuban-themed bar and pool, along with tropics-inspired staterooms. While large families will love the Family Harbor section with expanded staterooms along with a lounge, Cloud 9 Spa and Ocean Plaza.

For foodies, highlights will include the Fahrenheit 555 steakhouse, Library Bar and Bonsai Sushi, where guests can choose from indoor or al fresco dining settings.

Carnival Cruise president, Christine Duffy, commented on the new ship "Carnival Panorama is the perfect name to reflect the design inspiration of our Vista-class ships providing more venues and opportunities to connect with the sea,"

"Carnival Panorama will offer a wide variety of fun indoor and outdoor experiences along with exciting one-of-a-kind features that will provide our guests with a lifetime of wonderful vacation memories."
