Celebrity Reflection’s 13-night ‘Ultimate Caribbean'

Celebrity Reflection’s 13-night ‘Ultimate Caribbean'

There’s the chance to snap up a great deal and chase the sun this November aboard Celebrity Reflection’s 13-night ‘Ultimate Caribbean’ fly/cruise, round-trip from Fort Lauderdale. Passengers can explore George Town on Grand Cayman, before indulging in great seafood amongst the incredible Spanish-colonial buildings in Cartagena. They then cruise through the rainforest in Colón while admiring the natural beauty of Gatún Lake, home to an incredible variety of wildlife, or discover everything there is to know about chocolate in Puerto Límon. There’s also the chance to explore the tropical jungles, idyllic beaches and translucent lagoons of Costa Maya before relishing in the gin-clear waters and coral reefs around Cozumel.

The last of the acclaimed quintet of Solstice-class ships from Celebrity Cruises, Celebrity Reflection is pitch-perfect. Praise has been heaped on the ground-breaking design of these vessels as well as the enhancements that have been a feature of each ship in this class. However nothing can prepare guests for the ship’s artistic grace and refined glamour.

Little short of ground-breaking in design, this 3,046-passenger vessel is a mercurial amalgamation of the golden age of European grand hotels with serene notions of calm, fused with a hipster haven sufficiently on trend for style junkies. Textile columns ascend skyward from the Grand Lobby, while soaring fabric drapes create a South Beach vibe. In other areas, Californian-style elements encapsulate the realms of romance. The dapper design concepts showcase a fusion of artsy and edgy.

Nowhere is this better showcased than in the double-height Opus Main Dining Room. Described as ‘old Hollywood glamour meets cutting-edge contemporary design’, the crisp simplicity allows guests to dress the room – never more so than on formal nights. Speciality dining options include Tuscan Grille - a contemporary take on Italian culinary classics; Murano - with its blend of classic and modern continental cuisine; Qsine - offering a rollercoaster of palate pleasers; while flavoursome but healthy cuisine is the order of the day in Blu.

Unlike the other four Solstice-class ships, Celebrity Reflection has an extra deck of accommodations with a variety of grades. These include a private aerie on Deck 14 – location of five Signature Suites and a sublime Reflection Suite. There are also Penthouse; Royal; Celebrity; Sky; and Family Ocean View Suites, in addition to Aqua Class; Concierge Class; Sunset Veranda; Deluxe Ocean View; Ocean View; and Interior Staterooms.
